Error 0x80042108 Outlook email sending and receiving issue.

The error 0x80042108 is a local issue in outlook, mostly because of

1- incorrect settings.

2- AV scanner , should be disabled for IMAP or POP3

3- the user have over quota , should check the cpanel

4- Server firewall issues , we should now the users' IP

Once the the error 0x80042108 is occurred please check with the above steps.
