KUWAITNET's Abuse Contact and Reporting Procedures
As a registrar, KUWAITNET is committed to maintaining a safe and secure online environment. We adhere to ICANN's requirements for handling reports of abuse involving Registered Names sponsored by us. Below are the details of our abuse contact and our procedures for investigating and responding to reports of abuse.
Registrar's Abuse Contact
KUWAITNET maintains an abuse contact to receive reports of abuse, including reports of illegal activity. We publish an email address for such reports on the homepage of our website. We take reasonable and prompt steps to investigate and respond appropriately to any reports of abuse.

Dedicated Abuse Point of Contact
KUWAITNET has established and maintains a dedicated abuse point of contact, including a dedicated email address and telephone number, monitored 24/7, to receive reports of illegal activity from law enforcement, consumer protection agencies, quasi-governmental authorities, or other similar authorities designated by the national or territorial government where we are established or maintain a physical office.

Well-founded reports of illegal activity submitted to these contacts will be reviewed within 24 hours by an individual empowered to take necessary and appropriate actions. In responding to such reports, we will not take any action that contravenes applicable law.
Procedures for Handling Abuse Reports

These records are available to ICANN upon reasonable notice.
